The Karaoke app is quite annoying, either the song doesn't exist or it's a cover by someone else. Why not add the official Lyrics on Spotify, with the "I'm a passenger" prompt confirmation?

Apple Music has that option for most songs
I don't think this is well known, but I sometimes use the web based Apple Music so I can listen to the real songs and display lyrics. Not a perfect solution, but not bad if you have a co-pilot. Spotify website may work too, not sure.
Karaoke is songs without the actual vocal track. That is why they are cover songs. You just want a sing along.
No need to replace Caraoke with Spotify. Just enable Spotify lyrics with a passenger confirmation prompt. Edit: meant to propose that we petition Tesla to enable spotify lyrics.
