Microphones are working poorly

Hi, I got a new baseline Model Y and can't get the microphones to work properly. Conversation partners are telling me that there are many backgrounds noises and my voice is way to quiet. First i thought it must be bluetooth or phone error but grok is hearing me hardly to. I have to speak very loud to get it hear me. I checked the microphones in service menu and both are shown as "green - ok". Is there something else I can do myself?
