Very Audible Groaning Noise When Turning The Wheel Right, What Is It?

2022 Tesla Model 3 Standard Range, 70k miles, automatic Car makes very audible groaning noise when turning (drive or reverse). In particular, sharp right turns. When I turn my wheel right, especially sharply, an intermittent groaning sound is heard. I got both front upper control arms replaced under warranty, and replaced 2 of the left lower control arms (Front Left Lower Rearward Control Arm and Front Lower Control Arm).
