When it shows transportation selected and the appointment is for early morning next day, does it mean I already have a loaner assigned and can drive before service center closes the prior day and drop off my car (essentially the day before)?

No, that is something you will discuss with the service advisor. I’m not sure how repairs are coded but mine often say a day or two and I’ll get the car back in an hour. Talk to the service advisor, the dude standing at the desk when you get there in the service department.
No there is actually only my vehicle available so far.
Generally the loaner if available is assigned the day of. You can reach out if you want to drop before but they may not allow it.

Yeah, definitely talk to your service provider. They can get permission to either give you a loaner or give you Uber credits.

The rep that helped me at the service center in CA mentioned that and they will provide only loaners and not Uber Credits
I received Uber credits back in December of 2025 when I had service done.
