Also thinking of replacing the wiper blades myself as a I found a less expensive brand on Amazon (rain-x), and think $69 is just theft from Tesla.
America’s tire has done mine for free. I just bought the oem wipers and installed them myself
Any tire shop that knows how to handle Teslas can do it. Had mine rotated at Costco last week.

Any shop can do the rotation. Maybe get a set of lifting pucks and leave in the car in case you find yourself at a tire shop that doesn’t have their own. Most do, but I’ve been to one that asked to use mine. Wipers can be done easily at home. There’s a service setting that raises the wipers up the windshield partially and they’re pretty simple to swap out.

What wiper blades fit? Always buy OEM because couldn’t find any. Also, tried just switching out rubber which end up causing skipping and rubbing noise.
do urswlf a favor buy the tesla jack pucks there o ly $15 on amazon then every tireshop can help you. tho some may not for aligent, at least if ur in a emergency you can get a tire change wothout damage

My M3 has 35k miles, and I take it to Discount Tire every 4-5k. They have their own lifting pucks and don’t bring the car into the bay. Instead, they bring four jack stands and rotate the tires. With the money you save, go buy some Bosch wiper blades and lunch. Changing blades takes <5 minutes. Edit: The real theft is the cabin filter replacement. Wow.
Any reputable shop can do tire rotations. Or if you have a jack and about 45 mins, you can do it yourself in your driveway. 
Tips them for falling straight into their business models sales funnel. The guilt tipping is crazy, the dude rotating his tires is getting paid $20 an hour regardless of how many cars he works on or what they buy.

It can be done by yourself but you need a low profile jack. I did mine by myself and I’m a woman.
Costco will rotate them for $30 ($0 if bought from Costco). I buy Bosch wiper blades on Amazon and spend the 15 minutes replacing them myself.
Which adapter did you use on the Bosch? I bought some the other day and took them back because I couldn’t get any adapter to work with my 2022 model y
