Way too many reflections inside there. Good for lookin; sucks for drivin (at least at night). I do like those Miami Vice colors tho.

For me, that’s a “why?!?” It’s only properly visible at night, but that’s also when you shouldn’t have it turned on for your own optimal vision.

I had them. Took them out. Night reflection was irking me. Kept the dash strip and under seats though.

Not my cup of tea. I recently got the Porsche Taycan and like that ambient lighting much more. It's only in footwells, mid doorsills, cup holders, and a few other places. I like that it's not on the dash and is out of the way, but still creates a nice vibe and looks good.

You can. On their app. You can sync to the oem controls. So whatever color you change on the Tesla screen it will follow. If you want two colors you have to select manually on the app. And then select the color you want on the Tesla screen.

I turned them off, put 2 layers of 5% tint on every window (including front window) and the screen. Blacked out every light in the car or unplugged them and only use FSD with HW3.

I like the original lighting, but at lowest settings. I dont like the additional strip at all.

Pro tip, when installing make sure it is recessed slightly under the vent or at night the glare on the windshield right in your line of sight sucks.
