The answer is that it really depends on multiple factors. For example, how close is the car/dealer from the rail yard or trailer, then Tesla has to scout out a carrier since they don't own the train or the transport trucks (this is done through a third party logistics company), then they have to wait for the train or truck to actually get onto the road as sometimes they sit until the transportation vehicle is completely full in order to save money and time.
