Does anyone know how to remove these stains from the center armrest? I have tried dawn dish shop and interior cleaner and it hasn't worked.

Where are these stains located ?

The stains are both on the center armrest (the part where you can lift up on store things inside) as well as the plastic part on the back of the armrest (right above where the rear seat vents are located)

What type of liquid caused the stain ?

I think it may be an alcohol related stain, either from hand sanitizer or hairspray

"like dissolves like".  If you suspect it's alcohol, use alcohol.  But start very diluted and see if you can get it to lift. Be aware that it's entirely possible the alcohol that splattered was too strong and those stains are permanent.  If you keep upping the alcohol concentration to remove them, you might make it worse. You could also try a leather coating and see if you can mask/blend it with a higher sheen product.
