Steering Feels "Mushy" At End-Stops

Hey all, the steering wheel on my 2023 MY AWD has developed a weird "feel" to it when I turn it all the way left or right. Instead of getting a crisp, mechanical stop, it feels like I'm pushing into a soft, rubbery bumper. Sometimes I feel a tactile notchiness while turning the wheel almost all the way to either end-stop, too. I took the car in for service at a Tesla service center, and after doing a ride-along, the technician said nothing was wrong, but it definitely feels worse than when I first got the car. I did the "return-to-center" test (taking a 90-degree turn and letting the wheel go). It snaps back to dead center perfectly, so it doesn't seem like the rack is severely binding or seizing up. Has anyone else experienced this? Anyone know what this might be and how to get it addressed? The car is still under warranty. Thanks!

that sounds like a steering rack problem to me, or maybe steering rack bushings/mounts
