What are those dots on my glas?

Hello, today I washed my car and noticed two weird dots on my glas. One is on the window of the co-driver seat and another one is one the glas roof. They look like rock chips, but the glas is not damaged. Tried to wipe over them from outside and inside but they do not disappear.
