Yeah, looks like your finance company paid the full drive-away price without subtracting the $400 deposit, so Tesla received $400 extra. The negative balance usually means a credit on your account, so they should refund it back to your original payment method. I’d just message Tesla support and they’ll sort it.

I don’t think you’re getting anything back, but do post if they do give you some kind of concession without hours on end on hold.
Welcome to the Tesla family. Taste the quality and customer service in its full glory!

I'm glad you added that you're down under. I got perplexed when I saw $65k for a Model 3.

I mean I think legally, Tesla is in possession of $400 that belongs to me, so they have to make it right somehow.
I just ask because their invoicing is a bit strange, and the dual $400 definitely looks like they've taken my $400 and then the extra $400 haha

Welcome to Australia, it's $6 for a 600ml bottle of Coke, and cars cost 2x more than they should 😅

I am afraid to check how much a fully loaded model x might be for you guys lol. The soda price doesn't shock me that much. I've seen worse in my state.

Can't even get that here haha. Model Y and 3 only.
To get a fully kitted out Y Performance in Australia is $98k, +$10k for FSD.
Model 3 Perf is $90k fully loaded + $10k FSD.
I got the LR premium, feels like a decent deal, especially since I won't be getting fuel anymore and it's novated so I'm actually coming out better ahead than with my current car lmao.
Money is weird.

What is going on? That’s the rear wheel long range. I got my model 3 2025 last year for $55k which was even before $7k deduction

Don't worry about it, there are a handful of people who hang out here just to talk Tesla down. There certainly are problems but these people just have nothing better to do with their time

If it works anything like in the states, then you'll get a refund in the mail after some unknown amount of time haha.

I thought Tesla reduced prices with the removal of the tax credit, not increased. AWD Ys were listed at US $48,000 in mid 2024. I bought my 2024 YP for $51,500.

Tesla owed you $400. But good luck trying to get it. You will spend $400 worth of time. Best way is to walk into a Tesla store and work with a person there. Or if you can, get the correct phone number, call and hound them.

On mine (in US) the last line is "Due at delivery" , which is $0.00 in my case.
Do you have that? In your case, it should say -$400.00.
