It’s been a known issue for awhile now…. Tesla support has said it’ll be fixed in a software update. I’d recommend using Bluetooth anyways, that way you can control stream quality :)

I had this issue and it fixed it self within a day. In the meantime I was just using bluetooth I saw online some people had luck logging out of spotify and back in (didnt work for me) or reset/rebooting the screen (it fixed itself before I tried this)

logging out of spotify and back in? i’m sure you’ve tried that one already. i got nothing else unfortunately. i was having the same issue on my 2021 MY but so far my 2026 MY isn’t having that issue
Try hitting the radio button and go back to Spotify, sounds weird but it worked for me when rebooting didn’t work
Happened to me today searched found my way here. Soft reset fixed it for me
