Missing scopes

When trying to apply connect to the api i keep getting this error, does anyone know whats wrong? The scopes im using in my code is \`openid offline\_access vehicle\_device\_data vehicle\_cmds\` and ive got every one enabled except for the energy ones on the dashboard \`Fleet API auth error: Forbidden - {"response":null,"error":"Unauthorized missing scopes","error\_description":"","txid":"5ca250b146b37601dc64d5851258e6d0"}. Path: /api/1/vehicles. Token scopes: openid offline\_access vehicle\_cmds\`.
