Tesla credits, how to use before they expire?

Edit: bought the universal wall charger. Didn't want anything else. How can I use Tesla credits? I have $500 in Tesla Credits sitting in an account that has no car registered to it. My 3 cars are on my account and the credit is in my wife's account who is an authorized driver but does not have any ability to buy Premium Connectivity or FSD trials. Can I buy the Tesla gift cards from her account using credits and then use them in my account for Premium connectivity?

I could get the universal but would have to pay $125 out of pocket ($60p plus tax) and would probably get $500 on FB marketplace. Would rather pay for premium connectivity on 2 cars if possible and be done in 2 years

I had some leftover credits I needed to use as well. Unfortunately you can’t use them to buy gift cards. I ended up getting mostly consumables, like air filters, wiper blade, spare TPM. Also picked up a very overpriced air pump and the roof shade.
