New Modem Y Premium not a month old and this error started appearing out of nowhere, it would come and go every minute or so. Is it covered under warranty?

If it a manufacturer defect yes. If it outside influence no.

Tesla is great at covering stuff including this if there’s nothing you did that caused an issue. When you submit a request in the app for service, they sometimes will say it’ll cost $xxx to fix but it’ll zero out and cost nothing in the end so don’t freak out if they give you an estimate and say you’ll have to pay something.

I had the same issue on my 23 MYLR. Tessie said it driver side airbag malfunction so I brought it in for warranty service and hasn’t popped up since.
