Rattle in drivers side AC vent

Has anyone had this happen and any fix? Weird rattle that starts happening when going faster, can’t tell if it’s a fan or just car rattle from speed but it’s absolutely annoying as hell. Model 3 highland 2025

I have the same rattle. It only happens at certain points in my commute. Sometimes it’s non existent and other times it’s annoying as heck. Occasionally I’ll give my dashboard a good smack and it goes away. On YouTube there was a guy who said he wedged some foam between the led light and the top of the housing on the dash and they said that worked but i can’t confirm. If someone has found a fix for this that would be awesome

Yes it’s such an intrusive sound too. Goes from a low rattle to a broken fan or a bike with baseball cards in the spokes.

YES YES YES. Fellow Model 3 owners with the issue so I don’t feel like I’m going crazy. It’s so hard to reproduce it either happens that drive/day or it doesn’t. Sometimes a road will trigger it sometimes not. My issue seems to happen more in the middle to passenger side. Turning off AC stops it most of the time

I have the same one and was gaslit by the service center. Was told they can’t reproduce it, when I told them how and sent a video exactly how I was smacking it, they said it was normal. Extremely annoyed

Had the exact same issue on my 2024 Highland. See my post and resolution/comments. Might help you. https://www.reddit.com/r/TeslaModel3/s/tY7m75ptcM
