Tesla Collision vs Certified Shop?

Who generally does better quality work? I’ve had work done at my Tesla Collision Center in Dallas, and wasn’t totally happy with their work. I’m about to face some significant repairs (complete driver’s side, dent repair, paint and panel replacements) and I’m wondering if I should try to get the repairs done their or at a Tesla Certified Bodyshop. Any suggestions or experiences I should consider?

Tesla collision generally does better work. They have the highest rates and longer wait times for that reason.

I've had work done by Tesla Collision once and found lots of issues with their work. They were also very reluctant to admit fault as well. Personally I would find a third party Tesla certified shop that's well reviewed to do the job instead. Every time I've dealt with Tesla service or collision I've felt like they did crappy work. The only time I've been happy with Tesla service surprisingly is with their mobile tech for roadside tire replacement.
