I had my second technical interview last Wednesday and the interviewer said he think I'm a good fit for this position. He mentioned the next round will be the panel and presentation. However, my recruiter didn't send me any updates about the next steps after the interview. I'm now a bit anxious and don't know if I got ghosted. How long does it take Tesla to schedule a panel interview?

In my experience, you usually won’t get ghosted here. They will either follow up with a date or to schedule the panel interview or they will reach out letting you know they are moving in a different direction.
