What can we post?

Can we ask for repair help? Are we able to ask about after market things?

Why dont you just ask the questions since you already made a post

Because everything I’ve ever asked or posted in here gets immediately declined. The question is what exactly are we allowed to post?

Because last time I asked a question about repair in a Tesla subreddit they deleted my post and yelled at me that that wasn't what the sub reddit was for.

Father ran over a curb, cracked the reservoir. It won't hold fluid. Would rather do it myself if possible than take it in. Can't imagine it's that hard but then again who knows. Thanks for any help.

I believe Tesla shares their repair manuals online. E.g. https://service.tesla.com/docs/ModelY/ServiceManual/en-us/ You should be able to find your father's model + year repair manual. That can help you get an idea for how difficult the task is. You could also check on YouTube to see if anyone has done a similar repair.

We have filters set up to stop low quality questions. That is what /r/TeslaSupport or /r/TeslaCollision is for. We got overwhelmed by these types of questions and it started to ruin the sub quality. A fyi, those two subs have Tesla employees/service guys in those subs that have been verified by us. I would highly recommend posting to those subs to get any help. We have automod filters that look for key things to stop posts. You should be getting a message or something should show up if you are trying to post. It will tell you why. You can also reach out to modmail and ask mods. If you really really have questions or something is wrong ping "mods" in a comment and we will see it for sure. Do not reach out to mods via DMs.
