How long before they stop pestering you to take an in-stock car?

Placed an order for a Model S Plaid last week, and have been pestered both in the app and via phone calls to accept an in-stock car that is close but not an exact match. Any idea when they'll give up trying to change my mind?

Are they offering any kind o discount ?

Of course they aren't. This is Tesla we're talking about... The solution is to tell them directly to stop contacting you. Do it in writing via text - that triggers a legal requirement that they cannot text you anymore.

They won’t. It’s in their best interest to get you to take the inventory model, claiming the benefit for you is that you get the vehicle sooner.

I get that, but the in-stock car has the wrong color interior and that doesn't seem to strike them as something someone might be kind of firm about. I'd be happy to consider other in-stock cars that aren't local, but apparently that's not how they work either. As a first-timer, it's all an adventure.
