Gen 3 wall charger notifications

Does the Gen 3 notify if a random car is plugged in? Or if another tesla is plugged in? I installed mine on the outside of my garage but live adjacent to an alley but left it open to all vehicles due to my friends having a Polestar and wanting them to use it to, but wondering about random unauthorized access. Would I get a notification if someone randomly plugs in?

While I can see (through the Tesla app) when my wall connector is connected, and charging, I am not aware of any inherent notification options. I do have Home Assistant, and I guess I could set it up to alert me with a change of state. I do use that to check at 8PM and make sure I’m plugged in just to be safe. This made me curious, and upon checking the Tesla app, while there is no alert option, it appears that you can change the access directly, on the fly (so to speak). This means you could leave it authorized for your car only, and when you know someone wants to use it, change it to any vehicle.

what about old school... something like this: https://www.homedepot.com/p/Eaton-60-Amp-Double-Pole-AC-Type-NEMA-3R-Disconnect-Molded-Case-Switch-DPB222RP/100193214? and put a lock on it and give your friends the keys. This way you and your friends can turn on the power, and turn off when done.
