used delivery, what to expect?

im looking at a pre-owned 2023 model 3, what happens if i decide to refuse delivery if i'm financing through a third-party? the tesla website says financing needs to be secured prior to accepting delivery so i'm not sure if that'd be a problem if i were to refuse due to undisclosed issues. i'm not concerned about small cosmetic defects but am more worried about things such as smoke odor the model 3 i'm looking at shows it's reduced in price by $2000, is that a red flag? it's one of the lower mileage vehicles compared to the other's that are available in my area and also lower in price even though it has the upgraded 19" sport wheels. seems like too good of a deal to be true but i could be overthinking it

Overthinking it. When you arrive, just tell them you’d like to look the vehicle over, test drive it, etc before signing financing paperwork. Then if you have anything you don’t like you can have the conversation before signing financials. You have to apply for, and be pre-approved for financials through the app before arriving. When I arrived they were quick to bring me to a table to sign, but I asked to review the vehicle first and they said no problem. I spent about 45 min looking at it, (they came to check on me a couple times) once I said all was good, we went inside and finalized paperwork.
