Key FOB battery Low

erb2005 | 2026-02-16 16:58 | 25 views

I bought the FOB five years ago with the car. I never used it and it's been sitting in my night stand drawer the whole time. Now the Tesla screen is displaying the low battery warning. Does it actually know?

I mean the other option is that big tiny coin cell battery got to Tesla and is trying to get people to buy more tiny lithium coin cell batteries.

Well than it’s time to change the battery get the CR2032 and replace it

My Tesla eats the shit out of my CR2032 batteries, every month or two. Very annoying
