BYD Song Plus DM-i

Hello everyone. It turns out that the dealer took advantage of my naivety and promised to create a master account, but nothing has happened. I went to several service centres, and they all had different stories, but they all charge a lot. I'm also not sure that the work will be done properly. Please let me know if anyone has had a similar experience.
