Looks like a 12V socket.

Looks like the emergency release for the locking pin for the charger plug. You pull it if your plug deos not release from the car. It should be behind the charging socket.

pull it out and its on a cord. pull the cord to release the charge port lock. its for emergencys if the release mechanism doesn't work.

You should not use force. You should wriggle the stuck plug a little and make sure your car is unlocked. I just lock and unlock using the key fob
