BYD Song Plus 2026 - Speed Limit Display

Hi everyone, I recently got my BYD Song Plus and have been enjoying every minute of it. I need some help figuring out how to get the road's speed limit shown on my driving display screen and the HUD. Some posts have mentioned that it's in the ADAS section but I don't see it. I am in Dubai so I'm not sure if the function is available here. Has anyone else faced this?

I’m driving BYD song plus 2025, this car has no capability like those fully EV to read the road sign for the max speed. HUD only give basic speed, lane keeping, blind side indicator and ICC/ACC

I test drove the shark and it has this feature, I assumed the song plus would have as well

The front camera can pick up the current speed limit from posted signs. If you haven't passed a speed sign in a while it won't do it.

I have a 2026 song and it has it but had to turn it off as it can't really signs properly, sometimes it reads 100 when the sign only says 30, or 80 when it's only 60, and at night it's even worse, trust me i wouldn't recommend it. If i'm not wrong you gotta turn it on on the ADAS section in the media, probably named as speed limit or sign recognition, but it usually comes enabled on the car as a standard feature, if you factory reset your media it should be enaled after that as well (in case yours has it), maybe UAE has a different spec.
