seal with click/grinding sound stearing wheel

Just got my car back from the workshop after a rear-end collision, now I'm experiencing a loud grinding sound when I turn sharply right and left, the sound comes from the front and gets faster the faster speed is but only when steering is all the way to left/right. I don't know if it's related to the accident, it wasn't there before. Anyone else had this problem on theirs? It must be said that it has only driven 6500km Autos & Vehicles
