Suzuki Dzire vs BYD Seal 5? Ano mas pipiliin niyo?

Sklzzzzzz | 2026-03-12 17:10 | 29 views

Under 1 million din siya so mababa ung monthly amort namin. What's pulling me back is the future reliability of the brand dahil hindi pa siya tested. Another option I had in mind is Suzuki Dzire hybrid. I saw na 29km/L ang fuel efficiency niya so tipid din. Not tipid compared to BYD but mas tipid compared to other competition. And ayun mas reliable ung brand. These two are my options kasi less than 1 million lang. too much na for us ung 1.2m na ibang models. With those things in mind, ano mas pipiliin niyong bilhin?

Seal 5 kukunin ko. I will still not choose dzire. Try toyota Ativ. Mas pipiliin ko ‘to over seal 5

Sklzzzzzz 2026-03-12 17:29

what made say that you won't choose dzire? ano meron sknya?

Sorry — kalimutan ko lagyan ng “in my opinion”. Well in technical terms, 3 cylinders siya. I can say na matilid talaga siya pero kapag tumagal na, nakakabitin talaga. Hindi ka naman ipapahiya sa fuel efficiency. Pero kung hindi ka naman ‘yung mabbother doon and need mo lang pang daily, go for it. Pero maliit kasi loob compare sa byd and dzire. Always take into consideration ‘yung family size and all. Also downside, malambot parts nito gaya ng mirage g4.

Sorry, panong nakakabitin?

Seal 5 kna.. masarap i drive promise.. but d sya perfect, at wlang perfect car...keep in touch k lng sa casa, mas cheaper yung services nla like pms.. reading the car manual is a must pgbumili k ng byd, 99% ng mga tanong mo nsa manual.. yung ibang bumili kse mhilig mg raise ng issue, na nasa manual naman..

Seal 5 po just for the gas savings. Or perhaps a hybrid?

coco_copagana 2026-03-12 22:26

if you’re going hybrid but ayaw pa magjump sa BYD train, maybe try checking Ativ. it’s a toyota. it’s a bigger sedan. slightly better fuel economy. has EV drive only (Dzire doesn’t have this).

With the current situation as an example, buying any brand new vehicle that’s not a plug-in is a bad bet.

BYD Seal 5. Bigger, more savings in fuel if used mostly in city driving. Test drive both to see which one suits your driving.

Bitin sa power. Ramdam yan when going uphill na puno passengers at pag tumanda yung unit.

Yang durability at reliability. Isama mo na rin after sales service na reliable at resale value just in case.

Do take note that the Dzire is a 12V MILD-hybrid unlike conventional hybrids and thus, it wont receieve a Green plate and is not coding exempt due to it not having the DOE certification Nagkaroon ng confusion sa Ertiga Mild-Hybrid dati and it lost its DOE certification kaya you would see some earlier models having green plates tas more recent ones with normal plates 29km/L is more likely than not, rated for highway travel din

Unusual-Assist890 2026-03-13 03:15

Seal 5.

DogImportant7218 2026-03-13 03:47

non,, id rather choose Ativ, Honda City, or Mazda kung may budget ka

Sufficient_Net9906 2026-03-13 05:47
