Planning to buy BYD Seal 5. What color is better, white or gray?

Maganda naman white. Pero pagtamad ka mag linis gray haha

I have the white Seal 5. I've been partial to white cars lalo na kasi hindi nag-aabsorb ng heat gaya ng darker colors. I have seen the Seal 5 taxis (yung may red na rear quarter panels) driving around. It is what it is. Don't listen to the noise. Buy what you want. Inggit lang sila na bibili ka ng bagong auto. If it really bothers you, get the premium variant. It has a bigger battery which is a plus. Tapos if looks ang inaalala mo, the sunroof on the premium will make it stand out vs the dynamic.

mas visually resistant yung gray (i assume yung medyo dark silver yung tinutukoy dito) sa dirt and scratches, but mas halata ang swirl marks kung metallic or super glossy siya. low maintenance talaga. mas mahirap magmatch ng silver/gray paint lalo na kung hanggang computerized paint lang ang skill ng shop. sa white mas halata ang scratches lalo na sa plastic parts (bumpers) since black ang ilalim ng plastic and gray ang metal + mas halata ang dirt overall lalo na kung umulan. less halata ang swirl marks sa white. mas madali irepaint ang white, and mas madali mag touch-up as long as maayos ilaw mo. ok naman insulation ng byd so i would say negligible o base na sa window tint mo ang heat absorption. maganda naman ang aircon so there's that, too. don't listen to the noise, buy what you want (1)

go na for the premium para malaki battery capacity. di na bababa pa ang gas prices permanent damage na yan parang nung pandemic nasa 30+ lang pero after nun di na bumababa ng 60.

I've always had gray cars kasi maalikabok sa parking area ng work namin and minsan I have to go on duty for a 3 days straight so 3 days nakapark lang yung sasakyan, and I like na di siya mukhang maalikabok, mapapansin lang pag lalapitan. HAHA. Saka feel ko less napapansin ang gray cars kaysa iba and I want to be low key.

You might want to check out the **Geely EX5 EM-i** while you're checking out colors. At just 40k higher, it is a much much better deal than the Sealion 5. The EX5 has more features, more space, better interior, better infotainment, better ground clearance, better everything else. It is also a later model than the Sealion 5 (called the Song Pro in China), which has been around since 2019.

Go for white. Mas hindi halata ang gas gas at swirls. Yes give you need to wash every 2 weeks. In the long run mas ok ang white. Ive had 2 white cars my current EV. And dati a white field master. Hindi halata ang gasgas. Pero sa dark colors like my previous fortuner and crosswind. Lahat ng gasgas at guhit kita.

kung maarawan babad sa parking or sa bahay babad sa akin gray ka na lang. baka mag yellowish and medyo mas forgiving makupas ang grey kaysa sa white. masmadumihin ang white halata kasi kaysa grey.
