The only time I got my car's rated CLTC consumption was when I was running on 20% battery trying to go home and drove 80 km/h on a 140 km/h highway for an hour with no stopping and going and no AC lmao. Usually I consume \~50% more than CLTC and get 2/3 the rated range.
Because CLTC is not meant to test cars running at 140kmh. IIRC the average speed is below 40kmh as it mimics the most usual driving scenario in China. EPA is closer to real expected range.
I'd love to know what the timeline is for these new models are for Aus. I'm about to pull the trigger and i do like the current Seal models but am curious on whether i should wait.

Yes! But I doubt we'll get the "God's eye" version cos local legislations, really hope BYD will consider setting up a data centre here or use European data centres just like Zeekr does.
