Pixel 10 Pro not wireless charging in BYD Seal U

Does anyone have problems with the wireless charger for the phones? My pixel 10 pro won't charge, an error comes up. It normally charges with other wireless chargers. My girlfriend has an iphone 17 and it works without issues.
