BYD Seal U Design EV knocking soud in cabin from back

Has anyone encountered the problem that there is a knocking sound coming from the back of the car, but inside the passenger compartment, when the road is uneven. or there is a road bump. It sounds like the panoramic roof. The car was in the service all day today and they couldn't help. The sound is more metal than plastic. The 2 rear shocks have already been replaced. According to the service, the roof is in place, nothing has moved or anything like that. There are no loose screws. This sound is very frustrating because it is continuous. As if something is moving here and there and knocking. 3200km.. Im dissapointed.. Thanks for your help

Mine sometimes makes a slight knocking sound coming from somewhere behind the rear seats. The dealer is aware of this complain and said they are working on it.

We couldn't identify where it was coming from, but it was definitely in the back and inside. And it sounded like something heavier, based on the sound.

Nope :/ Sounds very loud, coming from the roof unfortunately :/
