BYD Seal U - Very weak rear AC ventilation. Is this normal or a defect?

Hi everyone, I recently got a BYD Seal U, and I’m noticing a frustrating issue with the rear AC vents. The airflow in the back is extremely weak, almost non-existent, unless I turn the fan speed to the maximum level. Even then, it’s barely felt. Has anyone else experienced this with their Seal U? Is it a known design flaw in this model? Are there any settings in the infotainment screen (like "Eco AC" or specific vent routing) that I might be missing? Could it be a technical issue with the ducting? I’d appreciate any feedback or solutions from fellow owners!

Hard to say, but it's definitely weaker than the front vents

We've a Sealion 7. We have the same problem with the back vents. Living in Brisbane this is very uncomfortable for the rear passengers. We bought a USB fan and have that plugged into the rear USB port. That seems to help a bit.
