New Seal Ower with a few questions!

I am in the UK and have just taken possession of a Seal Design and have a few questions. First the emergency braking - I drove it away from the showroom and the emergency brakes came on for no reason at the first roundabout I came to. Twice more they were activated for no reason. I asked the dealer and he said that was normal. I changed the setting to "late" - will this help?? I know I can deactivate them on but this needs to be done each time I use the car. It seems to is UK law that a car after 2024 needs an emergency braking system. So if it is turned off and I have a crash will this affect my insurance? Also I am having problems with the sound level. Using Sat Nav the directions are shouted at me and the "THERE IS A SPEED CAMERA AHEAD" gets shouted. I have tried various volume settings but can't figure out the one that controls this. Radio is fine and the ping when the speed limit changes is a soft one. Thanks Autos & Vehicles
