Adaptive cruise control

Hi all , not sure if I am missing something but have come from a mustang mach e to the seal excellence and loving it but when I switch on adaptive cruise control and the speed limit changes on the motorway the set speed does not change automatically as it did in the mustang , the car slows if the car in front slows but if no one is is front of me and it goes from 70 to say 60 I have to manually change the set speed . On my Dolphin, when using ACC it doesn't take into account the speed limit, only the limit you set, however when using ICC, the vehicle prompts when it picks up a change in speed limit and you can confirm to have it match the new speed. ICC also includes the steering function.
