BYD SEAL turtle mode

Hi, I took delivery of a new SEAL last week. I got 4 days out of it before it went into limp mode (Orange turtle on dash) . It drives ok for about 5 minutes then the power drops and the orange turtle pops up on the dash. Has anybody seen this?
