The upmarket / hot hatch EV segment has literally nothing in Australia and would be the thing to make me buy personally. Sadly I don't think a Right Hand Drive version has been confirmed yet, only left hand drive for China & Europe, although I'm happy to be proven wrong.

I've been searching all over for one of these in RHD. One Chinese exporter said BYD isn't sending RHD to 3rd party distributors, but then said they might be able to get hold of one direct from BYD, for a higher price. Unfortunately, a few months later they said BYD refused, so, nothing so far. Aside - one thing they're missing is front fog lights. I wonder if aftermarket foglamps can be installed easily.
