Hi Guys I am new to the forum have a Seal Excellence and am living in Ireland. I have an issue with the audio on the navigation. No audio at all either with inbuilt navigation, wireless android auto google maps or waze. I have been on to the dealer several times but they have not been helpful. Any help would be appreciated Forum & Chat Providers

Hi, I have the same issue with my Seal. Everything worked until I downloaded the latest on line update. Since then ,no audio, no front or rear cameras, no sign recognition ,no lane assist, no parking sensors. The list goes on. Took it to the dealer last week, couldn't fix it. Taking it back in next week to see if they can solve the issues. I'll let you know.

Dealer managed to get the sound on the sat nav working fine. However the sounds levels on all the safety assists are so low that you can hardly hear anything. Dealer tells me BYD are aware and a fix is due but he thinks it could be some time. Parking sensors not working ,going back in next week.

Parking sensors now working but sound very very low. Not to worry, I prefer the peace and quiet

Same for me, frustratingly. The sat nav voice is barely audible!
