Seal 2023 reversing camera issue after update

Hello, has anyone else with a recent update noticed their reversing camera randomly failing to connect sometimes? Mine (2023 model) was working fine, then at my 2-year service they did some module updates (IVI still on 2503 though) and now it's cutting out every now and then and won't come back until the IVI does a full powerdown or forced restart. Going to take it up with BYD Service but just wondering if it was a common thing or not >

I'm getting my 2 year service in couple of days so will check then. 23 Model also. Did you get at BYD or MyCar?

BYD Rydalmere/Parramatta (Thomson Automotive). No idea if their service tablet is more or less up to date than MyCar or other BYD SCs

Did you get an update on this? I’ve noticed a couple times my 24 has said “failed to connect” but when I close and go back in, it works Still annoying at the first attempt

No not yet. I'm waiting to take the car in to get the DAB loom fixed (tied to the rear brake light, pressing the brake pedal causes the dab module to shut off... a defect in early models they were meant to address many services ago)
