Shipping time on Atlantis grey BYD Seal

hey i ordered my BYD Seal at the start of february 2025 and i’m still waiting on any kind of update on the shipping of it, i did chose the Atlantis grey colour way so it might take extra time but still feel like their should be some communication from the dealership as i’ve heard nothing so far, also curious if anyone else is in the same situation with their dealship or has been able to get any answer from them.

Where did you order from? This is the company BYD use to ship cars to Aus - https://armacup.co.nz/schedules/asia-to-oceania Looks like the next shipment on Viking Passama was scheduled to be in Melb today, but they only just left Sydney.

Ppl have been in that same situation from the day the Seal released, so nothing has changed.

Hey mate. I ordered my Seal Premium in the same color late January. I’m hopefully getting it this weekend 🤞if you’re financing the car, i think it’s best to keep contacting all three teams (finance team, customer care team, and dealership team) for updates.

Every time I check on order status I'm pushed back a month, customer service and tracking are terrible with BYD.
