does anyone know why the BYD Seal EV does not appear to have as many accessories available compared to the sealion and shark?

That's a very good point, thinking about it i think its the variants of items that fit the byd seal. E.g. Amazon and ali express both have maybe one or two items I.e. a dash cover, or a storage container, while sealion 7 etc. have other options. Hard to explain sorry
