Byd sealion 5 2025

Hey guys, first time here, sorry for disturbing you, but i bought a brand new byd and im having trouble unlcoking the features, many people are asking me 200-600€ just to program and install the new version and unlock my driving features since i have the full navi version. I bought it from someone who does wholesale of ev, he bought 150 byds and brought them to albania but he said he could unlock the features since he was the second or the third buyer even if the cars were brand new. How do i operate to solve this problem since it has many features and i like them all.
