Seal 7 OTA Update Version 1.0 - Saudi

Hello everyone, I bought my BYD Seal 7 two months ago from the local dealer, but I still have not received an OTA update, and the app does not work. My car's version is 13.1.33.2504111.1 and it has no apparent sim card menu visable in the settings app so i am assuming it does not have a sim card installed or it's still disabled. I saw a TikTok video of someone who bought the car from the dealer and got the app running. How is that possible?. I took the car in for the 10K maintenance and asked if there were any updates available; they said no. Should I do the update via USB, and is it possible for my car?
