BYD Seal Logo boot badge & boot spoiler

I got mine in Portugal in december. No BYD badge in the middle but I do have the BYD Seal badge bottom right. I'm also interested on the subtle spoiler

No middle logo I'm afraid. You can buy additional badges and a lip spoiler from aftermarket sellers though.

All the Seals I've had delivered in the last month have been BYD badged in the centre, UK. It's a new change to all models except Dolphin!

Im also curious. From someone in another platform I‘ve heard that the one with the BYD Badge in the Centre is the refresh. It has electric sun shade ceiling, different suspension (the old has frequency dampening, the new one uses DiSus). I think, that’s all the updates. My Seal was delivered in July and it has no badge in the center and has manual sun shades. IMO the back of the old one looks better.

Is the UK getting the slight update that the rest of the EU seemed to get? mines due soonish and I've no idea. I was more annoyed I couldn't get the green though

Correct, refresh has the BYD badge in the center. But there are different "refresh versions" here in Germany we do not get the electric sun shade. (could be that this is an Europe wide decision). On the plus side, there is now a bigger frunk. (but they removed the lid. the frunk is now sealed by the bonnet itself.)

Mine had just the BYD badge and its from long before the refresh.

I bought mine in Germany. Haven’t seen the refresh so far on our streets.

Just checked some of the global sites. Austria is the only European country that seems to have another version according to the websites. They also offer the Seal in Ruby Red, which is an incredible color for this car

Yep, refresh/facelift is brand new. If you now go to a dealership, then you can see them as they just received the first cars.

My Seal Excellence was delivered on the 21st Jan in the UK, a few weeks ago, and has the BYD badge in the centre and Seal 3.8S bottom right.

So I am getting a pre-registered lease deal which will be a December 2025 one? Will it come with the logo in the middle you think?

Yeah I like it. Mines registered 30th December and arriving start of March. No idea if it will have a badge

So glad mine doesn't have the middle rear logo. It looks horrid!

I actually really like it, gets the brand out there and more people realising what brand it is without having to drive up close. That's just my opinion though

They already said from January. Mine's come in December too and no badge and I'm glad it doesn't have it.
