what makes you think we know more than the dealer?

He gave me an hypotetic delivery time , I just want to know what their are in real, what is the experience of user

For me it was exactly 6 months, ordered in July 2025 and just picked it up yesterday. That's an Excellence model. They gave 5-6 months when ordering.

pour moi en France mais ma seal design est arrivée par la Belgique , commandée le 2 mai livraison prévue fin juillet mais livraison effective le 22 novembre donc plus de 6 mois de délai sans véritable explication, une fois elle était sur le bateau en juillet, puis en septembre elle était en attente de livraison. aucun moyen de savoir exactement ce qu’il en était. la communication de BYD est nulle .

Ordered seal excellence end of August. Will pick up my seal next week at the dealer. From other comments seem 6 months to be accurate

Hello, also from Belgium here, did a test-drive last week with a Seal U in a garage in Bruges. The salesman told me to expect it around July. Now, what really makes me doubt, is to either buy one now, or to buy one near the end of the year. I wonder if any new cars are coming in the course of 2026. Perhaps waiting till December is worth it? If anything, to keep your car 100% deductible you just have to ORDER it before the end of 2026. It doesn't matter when it's being delivered.

I got my Seal in Belgium at the end of March 2024 and ordered it in December 2023. But that's almost 2 years ago, so that won't help much, when figuring out current delivery times.
