Seat making a rubbery noise when moving

Has anyone else had this issue? Rubbery noise when I am sitting in it and it moves into driving position. Sounds like a leather couch if you know what I mean. I'm normal body weight before anyone goes there! It coming from behind the plastic cover where the seatbelt is mounted to base of seat. I can take a video if necessary. Any advice would be appreciated. It wasn't bothering me when I bought it but it's been slowly annoying me.
