Taking delivery of my Cybertruck tomorrow. I want to make sure I don't miss anything during the inspection. Based on recent 2026 builds, what are the key areas I should focus on? Any specific issues with panel gaps, the tonneau cover, or the latest software features that I should verify before driving off? I haven’t heard really any issues on the 2026 model years. I have heard to get your alignment checked early on to ensure your tires are wearing evenly. I’d recommend looking at some delivery checklists for Model 3s & Model Ys. There’s a few out there. General things to look for: Panel gaps, check all your buttons, moving pieces (frunk, tonneau, etc), look for any damage or scratches exterior & interior, etc. Record and photograph everything. I believe you have 24 hours to report everything for Tesla to fix it.
