Rear passenger light won’t shut off

My rear lights next to the hanger won’t turn off or on no matter what I do. Soft reboot , tapping the lights. It worked right when I picked it up. Please help.

You could try powering off the car, but it’s not likely to help, sorry.

Update it eventually shuts off depending if I shut the front door 2 times or it’ll bounce to other rear passenger door. Definitely weird and wondering if a software update would fix it ?
