Car stopped charging and erased my settings
Any idea on what might have happened? I woke up this morning to discover my car only charged to 61% from 31%. It charged for less than 2 hours. It’s connected to a Tesla wall connector that my electrician installed in our new house in November. I had these messages on the car (see pic). In the app my car name has been replaced with default Model Y and all my schedules erased. On the car my profile was there but everything has been reset. My husband’s profile is there and seems to be fine. I unplugged the cable, put it back in and it started charging without problems.
