Car stopped charging and erased my settings

Any idea on what might have happened? I woke up this morning to discover my car only charged to 61% from 31%. It charged for less than 2 hours. It’s connected to a Tesla wall connector that my electrician installed in our new house in November. I had these messages on the car (see pic). In the app my car name has been replaced with default Model Y and all my schedules erased. On the car my profile was there but everything has been reset. My husband’s profile is there and seems to be fine. I unplugged the cable, put it back in and it started charging without problems.

My car charged full, but all of my settings including the vehicle name were reset to factory settings overnight. Wondering if this is a bug from the last update?

Same thing with me. My car name changed back to Model Y. Whenever I get in the car the screen has on the Get To Know Your Tesla tutorial videos. I was prompted to enable dashcam. This happened sometime between the night of march 13-afternoon march 14.
