The wheel arch can be replaced fairly cheap. If I were to do it, I’d sand down the rough spots and depending on the coverage get a color match aerosol and 2k gloss, you might have to do a blender for the gloss. Maybe under $200. YouTube spot repairs. Good luck

Run your finger nails through it, if its catches then its past the paint and not a scratch and cant be fixed. Thats a replace bud.

I don't make enough to replace the whole bumper. Going to take it to a shop and get a quote. I hate scratches and stuff like this on my cars. I had to either risk the scratch or even worse damage by getting side swiped on the right along the whole car...
